HIIT CLASS VARIATIONS

 

A 4LifeFitness we use the science of training to maximize our clients results. All classes are HR guided and HR monitors are provided. We believe that educating our clients is crucial to their success so post class we spend extra time with our clients and educate them on proper training, nutrition and supplementation for their goals.

Build a Better Booty and Core

 

This 90minute HR guided HIIT class incorporates a variety of training tools and techniques and cardio intervals to build your booty and sculpt a tight toned mid-section while burning fat. No two classes are the same, providing you a unique fun workout each class. This class will challenge those of all different skill levels by providing modifications to each and every movement.

Reve and Tone- Upper Body

 

In this 90minute HR guided HIIT class will get your HR going through a variety of cardio circuits mixed in with upper body movements to sculpt and tone yours, back and chest.  No two classes are the same, providing you a unique fun workout each class. This class will challenge those of all different skill levels by providing modifications to each and every movement.

Total Body Transform

 

In this 90minute HR guided HIIT class participants will burn the maximum amount of calories from fat while sculpting and toning their entire body. To prevent plateaus and continue to create change in our bodies a variety of techniques and training tools must be incorporated. This total body class does just that.  No two classes are the same, providing you a unique fun workout each class. This class will challenge those of all different skill levels by providing modifications to each and every movement.

Buns and Guns

 

Arms and Booty is what this 90minute HR guided HIIT class focuses on. In a fun energetic atmosphere you and others in this class will learn a variety of movements to work your glutes, deltoids, biceps and triceps.  No two classes are the same, providing you a unique fun workout each class. This class will challenge those of all different skill levels by providing modifications to each and every movement.

Bosu Body Blast

 

This variety of HIIT class is 90 minutes long and uses the bosu ball for a challenging yet fun workout that will push you into your aneorbic zone for short bursts to burn the maximum amount of calories from fat. In day to day activity we use a ton stabilizer muscles to do work, this class incorporates functional fitness and the Bosu training tool to sculpt lean muscle and burn fat. .  No two classes are the same, providing you a unique fun workout each class. This class will challenge those of all different skill levels by providing modifications to each and every movement.
