4LifeFitness HIIT Classes
Our HIIT classes at 4LifeFitness combine HIIT circuits with strenght training intervals. This will provide you with a fun workout that maximizes your fat burn while sculpting new lean muscle!! In a study on the effects HIIT on fat loss, Australian researchers cited a lower perceived appetite after HIIT training. Other researchers suggest this is partly due to release of an satiety hormone called peptide YY, as well as lowered levels of an appetite stimulant, ghrelin, after high intensity work. It gets even better because HIIT works best when paired with a progressive strength training program. Studies suggest that strength training has also been proven to release gut hormones that regulate appetite during and after exercise.
Using the science of training and various training tools and techniques our 90minute HR guided classes will reve up your metabolism and melt away the fat.
Classes are open to all with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4, 30$/person. We provide HR monitors and visualization of HR for all members throughout the class creating a competitive and fun atmosphere.

The first 10 mins is a warm up (you never want to start any classes without warming up properly to protect your body and get it ready to do work). During this time we will educate you on the importance of training in the right heart rate zone for your specific goals. Throughout class you will recieve education on proper form, technique and learn the why's behind what you are doing.
Each class has two trainers which gives you individualized attention to help you maximize your results.
After the class you will receive a premium blended protein shake, multiple varieties available, to help rebuild and repair muscle and we have a debriefing and Q&A session were topics from proper training, nutrition, recipes and supplementation are discussed. This is the time when we really get to know our clients and help them through education and support.
